Tavia's airhold adaptors allow for the attachment of an air compressor hose to the spark plug hole in the cylinder head to hold valves in a closed position while changing the valve springs, thereby avoiding pulling the cylinder heads. Features include female 1/4" NPT threads for easy hose or coupler attachment. Two models available to cover almost any popular engine application.

Tavia's on the head valve spring tool fits both 3/8" and 7/16" studs. Extra long handle and over-center design provide sufficient leverage for high pressure springs. Removable handle allows for replacing spring without removing tool body from the stud.

When inserted over the valve between the spring seat and retainer as if it were a spring, the threaded members provide sufficient axial pressure as a spring would, enabling quick, accurate measurement of critical valve spring installed heights to thousandths of an inch. Tavia's feeler gage set is the racers choice for ignition, valve lash adjustments, and flatness checks. This is a very accurate , USA made, feeler gage set. Contains 26 members ranging from .0015 thru .035. Thick outer case provides 270 degrees of protection when gages are not in use.
